Moon

See the moon, see how it shines
See how it glows for yours and mine
It shines for love, for lust, for humor
It shines for sadness, for anger, for rumor
See the moon, see how it shines
See how it glows, floating, devine

Mermaid

If I could swim
through out the seas
would you follow and swim with me?
If I could flop like a fish out of water
would your heart go pitter patter?
If I could jump like fish always do
would life always be just me and you?
Then look at me now and see what you see.
If it isn't enough you're not the one for me.

Always let you know, never let you go

If I were a person who was strong and wise and bold, hair that waves in the wind and a heart of gold, you would see me, you would, from far away places. You'd follow my shine, follow it far, through millions of faces. You'd find me, you would, search me out, hug me, hold me. You would love me, me only, and in my eyes you would see that I would equally love you as much and I would always let you know and never let you go.

someone

God, give me someone better than the someone's you have given me so far, because they are just not the someone I am looking for.

Oh the places I would go

Oh the places I would go...
Beautiful places full of silence that isn't lonely. Full of dreaming senses and happy endings. Full of lovers fights that end in blissful passion.
Oh the places I would go...
If I could. I would fly away by night and sleep among the clouds and birds and twinkly stars. I'd give anything to walk on sandy beaches surrounded by day flowers and sweet grass. I would sing songs of beauty and peace, a poetic melody.
Oh the places I would go...

The Painting

Brush strokes swirl across the canvas
purple, yellow, pink and red
painting images from my head
paint brush splats in random places
white, black, green and blue
emotions flow like the summer dew
a new brush outlines several shapes
a smile, the hair, a button, and more
a story of sorts in the paint I pour
the finished product stands a new
a glint, a glimmer, a shine, a light
my painting was strong painted with all my might

Stress

Stress, it's a funny thing indeed
it comes and goes in bits and fits
but luckily I know exactly what I need.
A glass of wine and a late night movie
a bowl of ice cream and a friend that's goofy.
Fake finger nails that never stay on.
A medium pizza that's almost gone.
A cat that purrs and flicks its tail.
A story so scary that I turn pale.
A weekend getaway on my couch
without these things I's be a stressed out grouch.
